I always study the Bible and find it so interesting to learn about our Creator
and his ultimate purpose in this world. Since this is a christian group it's
really a privilege for me if you will let me join in this group^_^
I'm looking forward for your approval!^_~
Thanks!
Since nobody has welcomed you yet.. Welcome to MT's own CF.. ^^ .. It's nice to
hear that you like to study the Bible.. I do so too, and I find it rather
uplifting at times, it's my main source of encouragement, and seeing people like
you, who are really entusiastic for God, really does go a long way to make me
feel that being a Christian is the best thing to be. And I like your attitude,
helping others in their downtimes, if you ask me, the world needs more people
like you.. ^^ .. Well, I hope to see you around more.. hope you'll have fun
here.. ^^

God in another place than my home!
I want to share my happines with you

Many congratulations Carmen.. Meh feels happy when someone else is happy.. ^^ ..
Wish you all the best in your new job, hope everything goes well for you.. May
God continue to bless you even more as you serve him in your new workplace.. ^^
.. Once again all the best, and I hope you find this job considerably enjoyable
too.. ^^..
That's very sad.. a church shouldn't discriminate against people by their past..
Let's face it, nobody has a perfect past, so we shouldn't judge people by their
past or turn them away just because they're different.. And what you said is
very true, churches should be more accepting of different people, not
necessarily approving nor condemning their lifestyle, but should serve as a
guide to ALL people so that they may get closer to God. The world is changing
rapidly and there are many many more types of people now than ever, unless the
church is more open and tolerent, it'll be very hard for them to know the truth
and to draw closer to Him. I mean, if we turn away everyone who we deem wrong or
unacceptable, then who is to tell them what is truly right? In the end they'll
never realise what they do is wrong and continue their ways. And before we
simply judge people because of their circumstances, the church should be more
understanding and know what is really behind it before condemning them...
>.> .. but ultimately the church should know what is right and what is
wrong.. not simply doing things according to their feelings.. i mean the bible
is there for a reason.. refer to it! huh... well this is my opinion...

What are your guys' views on the state of the church? Is your church really open
and accepting or is it unaccepting of certain people or of
change?
hmm.. my opinion on the church worldwide is that in some places it's becoming
really sad really..no offence but i for one am not for having gay preists and
marriges... it's not like i explicitly hate them or anything.. but it's clearly
wrong according to the bible.. and there are more cases of pastors abusing
children and such.. Sometimes i wonder what is happening to the church
worldwide.. but then again that's only a small percent of churches.. on the
whole in some places it's really good, such as china, where the growth of
underground churches is really really fast..
On a local scale,my church is generally open to most people and changes, but
still we do draw the line at what is unacceptable according to God's word.
All in all i would think that it would be better if churches refer to God's word
before accepting new things.. then at least there would be less problems.. ^^ ..
well this is my personal opinion and i hope i haven't offended anybody and if i
have i apologize...
*comes in and puts a paw print on the application form..*
o.o .. I'm a rather new waller .. but still star-san invited me, ^^ .. so here I am ..
